1. About Sample and Cost:? Welcome to sample order ,But for the sample we need to pay the freight  fee.sample fee will be for free .pls be noted .

2. About Min Order Quantity: Due to the products, please contact us to make sure,? we accept wholesale and retail order

3. About Customize Logo or Package

Once u confirm the order and payment ,pls send us your logo AI document ,and make sure the color number(Pantone Number)?of LOGO.and we will send u the packing AI document, u can do your own design or we help u design .

4. How Can the Products Be Sent To us? For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by express,such by DHL,UPS, FedEx  . For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by Sea container.

Order shipping?u can use our forwarder or your forwarder. By air or by sea or by express ,u can confirm which?way will be suitable for u ?.If u want to use our forwarder ,shipping cost will send with goods cost together .?

5. What"s the Warranty of Your Products? One year free warranty ,but you must pay for the shippment fee.
